In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To access the full range of y99o services, Players must create a single registered Account. The following rules govern Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on y99o. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and potential forfeiture of Funds.

• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any y99o software.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward y99o staff, agents, or other Players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN, proxy, or any other means of masking your true location for the purpose of circumventing geographical restrictions.

All content published on the y99o Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, user interface designs, game assets, text, software code, promotional materials, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of y99o or its licensors and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content without prior written consent from y99o.
• Use any y99o trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner not expressly authorised.

y99o reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected underage gambling or ineligibility under these Terms.
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, y99o will notify the Player by their registered email address.
